We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic and converting that traffic into new leads for the business, which will be measured on their ability to convert into new customers.
In this role, you will require a high level of analytics, creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills as you will regularly deal with a variety of online marketing strategies and tools including paid ad placement, affiliate programs, sponsorship programs, emails, social media websites, pay-per-click ads, and search engine optimization. The right person for the role will specialize in developing campaigns that engage across digital platforms.
As Coconut’s Online Marketing Specialist, you will deploy successful digital marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. You are accountable, up-to-date on the latest technologies and marketing trends, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for data and driving creative marketing content. Own all digital channels, from email to social media, to campaign landing pages.
Drive traffic through various digital channels to Coconut Website by sharing content created by the team.
Share content through various online channels, including email, ensuring strong web presence and drive converting traffic to the Coconut Website.
Analyze web traffic metrics, measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
Own landing page optimization, constantly striving to improve conversion rates along the various digital touchpoints
A/B Testing campaigns to trial new ideas for effectiveness.
Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
Working with strict deadlines and KPI’s as set by the Marketing Director.
Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Reporting campaign results to senior management and explaining variances.
Reporting on campaign return on investment and making recommendations.
Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
Routinely and effectively influence buy-in from leadership and key players surrounding your creative ideas. This role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on your work every single day.
Set long and short-term goals, ensuring all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
Strong experience in digital marketing and driving traffic through a variety of channels.
Strong in email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
Experience building and engaging B2B audiences online.
Strong in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Reporting & tracking metrics drive your decisions, constantly making improvements to processes and automations.
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign).
Relevant industry experience gained from a similar company would be a strong advantage.
An ability to work to organisational deadlines and KPI’s.
Proficiency in content management systems. You will be expected to build product pages, optimize the conversion paths on those pages, and use dynamic calls-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific calls-to-action.
Strong understanding and demonstrated use of SEO techniques.
Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation.
Proficient with HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
